Practice of freelance professional activity since 1985. Qualified with registration in the Bar Association in 1990 and in the Cassation Association since 2005.

He provides out-of-court consultancy to numerous companies (insurance companies, industrial and commercial companies, banking and financial institutions) with a focus on specialization in the field of insurance business discipline and regulation of insurance product intermediation and distribution, as well as in the context of relations with the Supervisory Authority and the Association of Insurance Companies (ANIA). He has provided consultancy for the latter for many years and was co-drafter of the 2003 National Agents Agreement and the implementation in Italy of the Community directive on insurance intermediation.

He carries out judicial activity with specialization in the field of insurance law, where he boasts experience both in litigation with insurance intermediaries and distributors, and in civil liability in general and in corporate law litigation.

Finally, he works in favor of entities operating in the third sector (ETS) and is a member of the board of directors of a foundation of national and international importance.
